Spa Cancellation Policy/Reschedule
We will accept cancellations up to 4pm the day before your scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel your appointment within the required amount of time will result in a 50% non-refundable fee based on the scheduled service. No shows are charged full price of the service & is non-refundable.
Gift Certificates
If you want to say a special "Thank You" to a friend, family member, or business associate, consider a Pure Spa Gift Certificate.
Your Gift Certificate will be customized to fit your needs and can be used for all services, Spa Packages or in a specific dollar amount. You can come to the spa or we can send you a physical certificate either electronically via email or by regular mail. Certificates are registered to the person you designate. Please speak with our Spa Coordinator to help you design the perfect spa getaway.
Gift Certificates are not refundable and have no expiration date.
Gratuity
Tipping is always appreciated. Most clients follow the same guidelines used in other businesses – 10 to 20%. Please ask about group tipping.
At The Pure Day Spa we work hard to make sure your experience is quiet and relaxing. To help assure this experience for you and our other clients, please do not bring children with you to your spa appointment.
